Stroller Stride
Come join other new mothers for a welcoming session that blends light exercise with wellness tips. This is a great opportunity to connect, share experiences, and support each other in a relaxed and friendly environment. Whether you're looking to get moving or just meet others on the same journey, this class is for you!
The Importance of Play
Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed in 15 minutes after class start time.
Play is far more than just fun—it’s a vital part of healthy development for children of all ages. In this engaging and informative class, participants will explore the essential role of play in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Through discussion, examples, and hands-on activities, we’ll examine how different types of play (free play, structured play, imaginative play, and physical play) contribute to learning and well-being.
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.

Newborn Care Class -Taking Care of Your Newborn
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.The class covers and discusses feeding, diapering, bathing, newborn health, and newborn safety. During this class you will have a chance to practice diapering, swaddling, and other elements of baby care. Those who attend may be entered in a raffle for a door prize, receive a pack of diapers and have a chance to shop for free in our baby boutique. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Virtual Newborn Care-Taking Care of Your Newborn
This class is for expecting parents and will cover:

- Feeding and Burping Baby
