Virtual Creating Your Birth Plan and Advocating for Yourself

Specifically designed for those navigating birth without a doula, this class empowers expectant parents to become their own best advocates. You will learn how to design a personalized birth plan and develop the unshakable confidence needed to voice your needs during labor and delivery.

Infant Massage – 5‑Week Series (Newborn to 12 Months)
Join us for a nurturing 5‑week Infant Massage series designed exclusively for parents and their babies ages newborn to 1 year. This gentle, relationship‑building class teaches evidence‑based massage techniques that support bonding, relaxation, healthy development, and confident caregiving.
Important Details:
- For parents and their babies only
- Babies must attend each session with their parent(s).
- Commitment to all 5 sessions is required, as this series is part of the educator’s certification process.
- Class size is limited to 8 families to ensure individualized attention and a calm, supportive environment.
Over the 5 weeks, you will learn strokes for the legs, tummy, chest, arms, face, and back; ways to read your baby’s cues; and comforting techniques that may help ease gas, colic, and teething discomfort. Each class also includes time for discussion, questions, and community building.
We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with you and your little one!
Newborn Expectations- Hospital Procedures
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class is for expecting parents and will cover what to expect after the baby has been born. This class will cover common hospital procedures and how to advocate for yourself and your baby, the traits and reflexes that babies are born with, normal newborn behaviors and practical tips for comforting a crying baby. Each participant who attends the class may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.
Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.
Virtual Newborn Expectations-Hospital Procedures
This class is for expecting parents and will cover:
- what to expect after the baby has been born.
- common hospital procedures and how to advocate for yourself and your baby
- the traits and reflexes that babies are born with
- normal newborn behaviors and practical tips for comforting a crying baby.
We’re excited to offer virtual options for many of our classes and look forward to having you join us online!

New to virtual classes? If you haven’t attended a virtual class with us before, please call our office ahead of time so we can set you up for remote services.
Camera requirement: All participants are required to keep their cameras on during class as part of our program standards.
Screen name: Please make sure your screen name matches the name you registered with.
Remote signature: Don’t forget to use the link provided to sign your remote signature before the end of class.
Following these steps helps us maintain a supportive and interactive learning environment. Please note that not meeting these requirements may result in removal from the class.

Baby and Me Movement is a beautiful blend of movement, infant care/development, postpartum care and parent community building.
- This class is for parents and their non-mobile infants.
- Come enjoy songs, baby massage, infant care education, group discussion, and baby friendly stretching poses.
- Build community and connect with other parents.
Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late.
