San Antonio Birth Doulas

Join us for a nurturing 5‑week Infant Massage series designed exclusively for parents and their babies ages newborn to 1 year. This gentle, relationship‑building class teaches evidence‑based massage techniques that support bonding, relaxation, healthy development, and confident caregiving.

Important Details:

• For parents and their babies only 
• Babies must attend each session with their parent(s).
• Commitment to all 4 sessions is required, as this series is part of the educator’s certification process.
• Class size is limited to 6 families to ensure individualized attention and a calm, supportive environment.

Over the 5 weeks, you will learn strokes for the legs, tummy, chest, arms, face, and back; ways to read your baby’s cues; and comforting techniques that may help ease gas, colic, and teething discomfort. Each class also includes time for discussion, questions, and community building.
