(Newborn Care in Spanish) Cuidado de recién nacidos
Por favor llegue a clase a tiempo, las puertas se cerrarán 15 minutos después de la hora de inicio.En esta clase se cubre la comprensión de los rasgos y comportamientos del recién nacido, el llanto y el consuelo, la alimentación, el cambio de pañales, el baño, la salud y la seguridad del recién nacido. Los participantes aprenderán qué esperar en el hospital después de que nazca el bebé y recibirán práctica sobre cómo cuidar a su recién nacido una vez que lo lleven a casa. Led by an experienced instructor who understands the unique needs of expectant mothers, this class encourages self-care, community, and empowerment through every stage of pregnancy. Whether you're new to movement practices or looking to maintain your routine, you'll find a welcoming environment tailored just for you.
This class is exclusively for pregnant individuals. All trimesters are welcome.
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, and a water bottle. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.

Marathon Childbirth Class

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class should be taken no earlier than 28 weeks of pregnancy.This class is our entire childbirth class series all in one day. We will cover Planning Your Birth and Healthy Pregnancy, Pain and Comfort Measures, Labor and Delivery, Medical Interventions, Postpartum and Newborn Care, and Breastfeeding Basics. Priority for this class is given to those who would not otherwise be able to attend a 4 weeks series due to their schedule or quickly approaching due date. Please do not sign up for this class unless you are able to attend the entire session. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.
Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.
Virtual Creating Your Birth Plan and Advocating for Yourself

This class empowers expectant parents to design a personalized birth plan and develop the confidence to advocate for their needs during labor and delivery. Participants will learn how to identify their preferences, communicate effectively with healthcare providers, and navigate common challenges in maternity care. Through practical tips and guided exercises, you’ll leave with a clear plan and strategies to ensure your voice is heard throughout your birthing experience.

Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.
Those attending virtually may pick up a workbook and activity packet at our office prior to class.

New to virtual classes? If you haven’t attended a virtual class with us before, please call our office ahead of time so we can set you up for remote services.
Camera requirement: All participants are required to keep their cameras on during class as part of our program standards.
Screen name: Please make sure your screen name matches the name you registered with.
Remote signature: Don’t forget to use the link provided to sign your remote signature before the end of class.
Following these steps helps us maintain a supportive and interactive learning environment. Please note that not meeting these requirements may result in removal from the class.

This class offers practical guidance and emotional support for those navigating the toddler years (ages 1-3). Participants will explore effective communication strategies, and gain tools to foster independence, emotional regulation, and positive behavior. Seats for this class are individual.
