Baby Signs

This is an informational class designed to educate parents about the benefits of signing with their baby from an early age. Parents will leave with an understanding of the many benefits of signing with their baby and how to use the most common signs as well as how to incorporate the signs into their daily infant care routines. 

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late. 

**(Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.)  If class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible.**

Infant Massage – 5 Week Series (Newborn to 12 Months)

Join us for a nurturing 5‑week Infant Massage series designed exclusively for parents and their babies ages newborn to 1 year. This gentle, relationship‑building class teaches evidence‑based massage techniques that support bonding, relaxation, healthy development, and confident caregiving.

Important Details:

  • For parents and their babies only 
  • Babies must attend each session with their parent(s).
  • Commitment to all 5 sessions is required, as this series is part of the educator’s certification process.
  • Class size is limited to 8 families to ensure individualized attention and a calm, supportive environment.

 

Over the 5 weeks, you will learn strokes for the legs, tummy, chest, arms, face, and back; ways to read your baby’s cues; and comforting techniques that may help ease gas, colic, and teething discomfort. Each class also includes time for discussion, questions, and community building.

We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with you and your little one!

Virtual Baby Sign Language

New to virtual classes? If you haven’t attended a virtual class with us before, please call our office ahead of time so we can set you up for remote services.

Camera requirement: All participants are required to keep their cameras on during class as part of our program standards.

Remote signature: Don’t forget to use the link provided to sign your remote signature before the end of class.

Breastfeeding Basics

This class will cover the basics of breastfeeding. Topics will include:

  • the benefits of breastfeeding
  • how breastfeeding works
  • getting a good latch
  • positions for breastfeeding
  • when to feed baby
  • making sure baby is getting enough milk
  • pumping and storing milk
  • troubleshooting

Participants who attend this class will receive a Haakaa manual breast pump, limited to one per family, and may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card and can shop in the Baby Boutique.

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late.

*Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.*

Baby and Me Movement is a beautiful blend of movement, infant care/development, postpartum care and parent community building. 

  • This class is for parents and their non-mobile infants. 
  • Come enjoy songs, baby massage, infant care education, group discussion, and baby friendly stretching poses.
  • Build community and connect with other parents.

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late.
