Embark on a transformative journey to empower and support your body's incredible changes during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This three-part series is dedicated to nurturing your pelvic floor health, an often-overlooked yet vital part of well-being for expecting and new mothers.
Part 1: Prenatal Pelvic Floor Preparation: Discover the essential role of the pelvic floor during pregnancy and learn exercises and techniques to promote strength, flexibility, and awareness. This session focuses on preparing your body for labor while addressing common discomforts, ensuring you move through pregnancy with confidence and comfort.
Part 2: Pelvic Floor and the Birthing Process: Dive deep into the connection between the pelvic floor and childbirth. Explore techniques for relaxation and alignment to support the birthing process and reduce stress on this crucial group of muscles. Gain insights into breathing and positioning strategies that can make labor smoother and more empowering.
Part 3: Postpartum Pelvic Floor Recovery: After birth, your pelvic floor undergoes significant changes. This session provides guidance on healing, regaining strength, and addressing common challenges like incontinence and diastasis recti. Learn practical exercises and self-care methods tailored to your unique postpartum journey.
Whether you're new to the concept or looking to deepen your understanding, this series equips you with the knowledge and tools to care for your pelvic floor and overall health during one of life's most extraordinary chapters. Let's create a foundation for lifelong wellness together!
Prenatal Power: Energize Your Pregnancy!

This is an ongoing class that takes place every other Wednesday unless otherwise specified. Please sign up for every session you would like to attend.
This class is designed for pregnant persons to provide them with faced paced, energizing fun. Come dance and move while we also learn how to keep our body healthy while pregnant!
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, and a water bottle. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.
(Newborn Care in Spanish) Cuidado de recién nacidos

Por favor llegue a clase a tiempo, las puertas se cerrarán 15 minutos después de la hora de inicio.En esta clase se cubre la comprensión de los rasgos y comportamientos del recién nacido, el llanto y el consuelo, la alimentación, el cambio de pañales, el baño, la salud y la seguridad del recién nacido. Los participantes aprenderán qué esperar en el hospital después de que nazca el bebé y recibirán práctica sobre cómo cuidar a su recién nacido una vez que lo lleven a casa. Marathon Childbirth Class

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class should be taken no earlier than 28 weeks of pregnancy.This class is our entire childbirth class series all in one day. We will cover Planning Your Birth and Healthy Pregnancy, Pain and Comfort Measures, Labor and Delivery, Medical Interventions, Postpartum and Newborn Care, and Breastfeeding Basics. Priority for this class is given to those who would not otherwise be able to attend a 4 weeks series due to their schedule or quickly approaching due date. Please do not sign up for this class unless you are able to attend the entire session. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.
Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.
Marathon Childbirth Class(Virtual)

Please arrive to class on time, participants will not be admitted 15 minutes after start time.This class should be taken no earlier than 28 weeks of pregnancy.This class is our entire childbirth class series all in one day. We will cover Planning Your Birth, Pain and Comfort Measures, Labor and Delivery, Medical Interventions, Postpartum and Newborn Care. Priority for this class is given to those who would not otherwise be able to attend a 6 weeks series due to their schedule or quickly approaching due date. Please do not sign up for this class unless you are able to attend the entire session. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.
Those attending virtually may pick up a workbook at our office prior to class.
Prenatal Movement

This class is for pregnant persons and focuses on relaxation techniques and movements that are beneficial during pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery.
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.

The Importance of Play
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class educates parents on the importance of play in children’s learning. Parent’s will learn how play and interaction helps children through the different developmental stages. Participants will leave class with activities and tools for playing and interacting with their children from infancy through the toddler years. Each participant who attends this class will be entered in a drawing for a $25 gift card.
