Virtual Baby and Me Movement

Baby and Me Movement is a beautiful blend of movement, infant care/development, postpartum care and parent community building. 

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late. 

**(Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.) This class is held every other Wednesday at the same time. If class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible.**

We’re excited to offer virtual options for many of our classes and look forward to having you join us online!

New to virtual classes? If you haven’t attended a virtual class with us before, please call our office ahead of time so we can set you up for remote services.

Camera requirement: All participants are required to keep their cameras on during class as part of our program standards.

Screen name: Please make sure your screen name matches the name you registered with.

Remote signature: Don’t forget to use the link provided to sign your remote signature before the end of class.

Part 1: Prenatal Pelvic Floor Preparation: Discover the essential role of the pelvic floor during pregnancy and learn exercises and techniques to promote strength, flexibility, and awareness. This session focuses on preparing your body for labor while addressing common discomforts, ensuring you move through pregnancy with confidence and comfort.

Part 2: Pelvic Floor and the Birthing Process: Dive deep into the connection between the pelvic floor and childbirth. Explore techniques for relaxation and alignment to support the birthing process and reduce stress on this crucial group of muscles. Gain insights into breathing and positioning strategies that can make labor smoother and more empowering.

Part 3: Postpartum Pelvic Floor Recovery: After birth, your pelvic floor undergoes significant changes. This session provides guidance on healing, regaining strength, and addressing common challenges like incontinence and diastasis recti. This is an informational class designed to educate parents about the benefits of signing with their baby from an early age. Parents will leave with an understanding of the many benefits of signing with their baby and how to use the most common signs as well as how to incorporate the signs into their daily infant care routines. 

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late.

This class offers practical guidance and emotional support for those navigating the toddler years (ages 1-3). Participants will explore effective communication strategies, and gain tools to foster independence, emotional regulation, and positive behavior. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Take this class when your baby is between 3 and 6 months of age to learn all the cues of readiness for solid foods, what and when to introduce them, how much to give. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class is for families who already have a child or children and are looking for creative ways to help them adjust to their new sibling’s arrival. Welcoming a new baby is a big transition—not just for parents, but for older siblings too. This class is designed to help families prepare children for the arrival of a new baby in a way that fosters connection, understanding, and emotional security. This class is to be attended by both parents and siblings.
