Play, Bond, Grow - Thursdays - 5 Week Course

A fun, interactive class for caregivers and their children (all ages, up to 36 months); Play, Bond, Grow focuses on building connection through purposeful play. Each weekly session highlights a key area of development—gross and fine motor, cognitive, social-emotional, and language skills—through guided activities, music, and sensory experiences. Caregivers gain simple, practical tools to support their child’s growth while strengthening their bond in a supportive, engaging environment.
*Class sessions are not required to take in order.*
Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late.

Intro to Baby Wearing
with Shelley Courtaway
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.Attend this class to feel empowered about baby wearing alternatives and learn about many types of baby carrier styles and uses. Feel free to bring your own baby carrier for assistance with how to wear it properly.
Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.

Stroller Stride
Come join other new mothers for a welcoming session that blends light exercise with wellness tips. This is a great opportunity to connect, share experiences, and support each other in a relaxed and friendly environment. Whether you're looking to get moving or just meet others on the same journey, this class is for you!
Newborn Care Class -Taking Care of Your Newborn
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.The class covers and discusses feeding, diapering, bathing, newborn health, and newborn safety. During this class you will have a chance to practice diapering, swaddling, and other elements of baby care. Those who attend may be entered in a raffle for a door prize, receive a pack of diapers and have a chance to shop for free in our baby boutique. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Parent Café (Presented by University Health) (English)
with Guest Speaker
This session is sponsored by University Health and does not include access to shop the boutique afterward. If you wish to visit the boutique, please schedule a one-on-one appointment or attend a SABD class.
Parent Café is a warm, welcoming space designed for parents to come together in small groups to connect, share, and grow. Through meaningful and interactive conversations, participants explore topics centered on healing, strengthening relationships, and fostering resilience within families. Parents are encouraged to share their own experiences, learn from one another, and discover practical strategies that support healthy family dynamics.
This supportive environment promotes open dialogue, mutual encouragement, and community building among caregivers.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Childwatch is available upon request (call 210-222-0988 or email Sandy sbello@ccaosa.org).

This is an informational class designed to educate parents about the benefits of signing with their baby from an early age. Parents will leave with an understanding of the many benefits of signing with their baby and how to use the most common signs as well as how to incorporate the signs into their daily infant care routines.
