Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class is for families who already have a child or children and are looking for creative ways to help them adjust to their new sibling’s arrival. This class will help parents and older siblings as they prepare for the new baby to join their family. Through education and practical application, parents and siblings will learn what to expect when baby arrives and ways that older siblings can feel included as they help with the care of the new baby. This class is to be attended by both parents and siblings.

Participants who attend may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

This class will cover common hospital procedures and how to advocate for yourself and your baby, the traits and reflexes that babies are born with, normal newborn behaviors and practical tips for comforting a crying baby. Each participant who attends the class may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

This is an informational class designed to educate parents about the benefits of signing with their baby from an early age. Parents will leave with an understanding of the many benefits of signing with their baby and how to use the most common signs as well as how to incorporate the signs into their daily infant care routines. 

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 30 minutes late. 

**(Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.) This class is held every other Wednesday at the same time. If class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible.**

Los participantes que asistan a esta clase recibirán un extractor de leche manual Haakaa, limitado a uno por familia, y podrán participar en el sorteo de una tarjeta de regalo.

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.Our infant massage instructor will discuss the benefits of infant massage for both infants and parents. The instructor will also instruct participants as they engage their babies in a gentle massage. This includes learning the various massage strokes and how to recognize their  baby’s cues, as well as massage techniques for gassiness and colic.  You are encouraged to take this class with your newborn to 6 months old, non mobile baby. You may bring an extra receiving blanket and a yoga mat or heavy quilt  to put the baby on during the massage, or utilize one of the yoga mats we have available. Seats for this class are individual.
