Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.The class covers and discusses feeding, diapering, bathing, newborn health, and newborn safety. During this class you will have a chance to practice diapering, swaddling, and other elements of baby care. Those who attend may be entered in a raffle for a door prize, receive a pack of diapers and have a chance to shop for free in our baby boutique. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.

This class is taught by our Child Life Specialist and is designed to be an interactive class that engages parents and infants in play while teaching parents about the different developmental milestones as they move through the available activities.

• Parents will leave with ideas on how to facilitate play at home with their babies.
• This class is designed for infants and babies that are not mobile.

Los participantes aprenderán qué esperar en el hospital después de que nazca el bebé y recibirán práctica sobre cómo cuidar a su recién nacido una vez que lo lleven a casa. Please call and schedule your intake prior to taking this class. This is a hybrid class and can be taken in person or virtually. If this class is attended in person you will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card, you can shop the boutique, and you will receive a door prize. During this workshop we will introduce you to our diverse program services, guide you through the sign-up process, and clarify expectations for your participation.  We will also connect you with invaluable community resources to support your family's well-being. You and your family will leave this session understanding the tools we offer to help meet your goals and feel educated and empowered during pregnancy and/or parenting!

This course will teach Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED skills. ***This class is free to all eligible participants and does not include a certification card from the American Heart Association. Due to safety reasons, anyone who is 36 weeks pregnant and beyond will not be eligable for certification due to the risk associated with the practice movements required to certify. If the participant would like to purchase the certification card, the cost will be $7.00. Participants must arrive on time for class to be eligible for certification***No children will be allowed to attend due to the nature of the class and the need for participants to practice their skills. Participants may be entered in a drawing for a $25 gift card and will be able to shop our baby boutique for free. (Seats for this class are based on single registrations. If partners will be attending together then they will both need to register)
