This is a virtual class. Those who sign up must be set up for remote or virtual services. A staff member will contact participants one to two days prior to class to set them up for remote or virtual services. During this workshop we will introduce you to our diverse program services, guide you through the sign-up process, and clarify expectations for your participation.  We will also connect you with invaluable community resources to support your family's well-being. You and your family will leave this session understanding the tools we offer to help meet your goals and feel educated and empowered during pregnancy and/or parenting!

Please arrive to class on time, participants will not be admitted 15 minutes after start time.This class should be taken no earlier than 28 weeks of pregnancy.This class is our entire childbirth class series all in one day. We will cover Planning Your Birth, Pain and Comfort Measures, Labor and Delivery, Medical Interventions, Postpartum and Newborn Care. Priority for this class is given to those who would not otherwise be able to attend a 6 weeks series due to their schedule or quickly approaching due date. Please do not sign up for this class unless you are able to attend the entire session. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Those attending virtually may pick up a workbook at our office prior to class.

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be admitted 15 minutes after class starts.This class is for expecting parents and will cover what to expect after the baby has been born. This class will cover common hospital procedures and how to advocate for yourself and your baby, the traits and reflexes that babies are born with, normal newborn behaviors and practical tips for comforting a crying baby. Each participant who attends the class may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.

This is an informational class designed to educate parents about the benefits of signing with their baby from an early age. Parents will leave with an understanding of the many benefits of signing with their baby and how to use the most common signs as well as how to incorporate the signs into their daily infant care routines.

Each class focuses on a different health topic to assist participants in making healthy lifestyle choices. Participants may be entered into a raffle for a door prize after attending five classes.
