Virtual Only - Childbirth Education Series

Virtual Only-Childbirth Education Series is a 4-week virtual series designed to equip birthing persons and support persons with essential knowledge and tools for labor, delivery, and early parenthood.
(Note: This covers the exact same curriculum as the Childbirth Marathon; you do not need to register for both)

Pregnancy Roadmap: Planning Your Birth and Early Pregnancy is a supportive class designed to guide expecting parents through each stage of pregnancy and beyond, offering a clear view of what to expect during every trimester.
Topics: Trimester milestones, common ache management, healthy lifestyle habits (eating and exercise), and choosing your ideal birthing space, care provider, support team, and pediatrician.
