San Antonio Birth Doulas

This class will cover the basics of breastfeeding. Topics will include, the benefits of breastfeeding, how breastfeeding works, getting a good latch, positions for breastfeeding, when to feed baby, making sure baby is getting enough milk, pumping and storing milk, and troubleshooting. Participants who attend this class will receive a Haakaa manual breast pump, limited to one per family, and will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.
