In Person - Marathon - Childbirth Education Class

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class should be taken no earlier than 28 weeks of pregnancy.This class is our entire childbirth class series all in one day. We will cover Planning Your Birth and Healthy Pregnancy, Pain and Comfort Measures, Labor and Delivery, Medical Interventions, Postpartum and Newborn Care, and Breastfeeding Basics. Priority for this class is given to those who would not otherwise be able to attend a 4 weeks series due to their schedule or quickly approaching due date. Please do not sign up for this class unless you are able to attend the entire session. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.
Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.
Masaje infantil: serie de 5 semanas (Infant Massage: 5-Week Series Spanish)
Únase a nosotros para una serie de 5 semanas de masaje infantil, diseñada exclusivamente para padres y sus bebés desde recién nacidos hasta 1 año de edad. Esta clase suave y enfocada en fortalecer la relación enseña técnicas de masaje basadas en evidencia que apoyan el vínculo afectivo, la relajación, el desarrollo saludable y una crianza con mayor confianza.
Detalles importantes:
Durante las 5 semanas, aprenderá movimientos de masaje para las piernas, el abdomen, el pecho, los brazos, el rostro y la espalda; maneras de interpretar las señales de su bebé; y técnicas reconfortantes que pueden ayudar a aliviar gases, cólicos y molestias por la dentición. Cada clase también incluye tiempo para conversación, preguntas y fortalecimiento de la comunidad.

Tuesdays - In Person - Breastfeeding Basics
This class will cover the basics of breastfeeding. Topics will include:
- the benefits of breastfeeding
- how breastfeeding works
- getting a good latch
- positions for breastfeeding
- when to feed baby
- making sure baby is getting enough milk
- pumping and storing milk
- troubleshooting
Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late.

Join us for a fun and supportive class that begins with a stroller-friendly workout designed to help parents stay active while engaging with their little ones. After the exercise session, participants will gather for a brief parenting education discussion featuring practical tips and expert guidance on topics such as child development, positive parenting, family wellness, and building healthy routines at home. This class offers a great opportunity to improve fitness, connect with other parents, and gain valuable parenting insights in a welcoming environment.
In Person-Birth Plan Essentials
Learn the key decisions and preferences to consider for labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. This class helps expectant parents create a personalized birth plan, communicate effectively with their care team, and feel confident and prepared for birth.
In Person Understanding Gestational Diabetes & Hypertension in Pregnancy

Overview: This educational class is designed for expecting parents to gain a clear understanding of two common pregnancy-related conditions: gestational diabetes and hypertensive disorders, including gestational hypertension and preeclampsia. Through expert guidance, participants will learn how these conditions develop, how they are diagnosed, and most importantly, how to manage them for a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
