Postpartum Planning
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class covers what to expect in the postpartum period. This will prepare parents by teaching them what to expect immediately after baby arrives, self care for new moms, as well as how to recognize the signs of postpartum depression. Each participant who attends this class will have the opportunity to create a postpartum essentials bag and may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Baby and Me Movement

Baby and Me Movement is a beautiful blend of movement, infant care/development, postpartum care and parent community building.
- This class is for parents and their non-mobile infants.
- Come enjoy songs, baby massage, infant care education, group discussion, and baby friendly stretching poses.
- Build community and connect with other parents.
Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 30 minutes late.

Prenatal Power: Energize Your Pregnancy!

This is an ongoing class that takes place every other Wednesday unless otherwise specified. Please sign up for every session you would like to attend.
This class is designed for pregnant persons to provide them with faced paced, energizing fun. Come dance and move while we also learn how to keep our body healthy while pregnant!

(Newborn Care in Spanish) Cuidado de recién nacidos
Por favor llegue a clase a tiempo, las puertas se cerrarán 15 minutos después de la hora de inicio.En esta clase se cubre la comprensión de los rasgos y comportamientos del recién nacido, el llanto y el consuelo, la alimentación, el cambio de pañales, el baño, la salud y la seguridad del recién nacido. Los participantes aprenderán qué esperar en el hospital después de que nazca el bebé y recibirán práctica sobre cómo cuidar a su recién nacido una vez que lo lleven a casa. Marathon Childbirth Class

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class should be taken no earlier than 28 weeks of pregnancy.This class is our entire childbirth class series all in one day. We will cover Planning Your Birth and Healthy Pregnancy, Pain and Comfort Measures, Labor and Delivery, Medical Interventions, Postpartum and Newborn Care, and Breastfeeding Basics. Priority for this class is given to those who would not otherwise be able to attend a 6 weeks series due to their schedule or quickly approaching due date. Please do not sign up for this class unless you are able to attend the entire session. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Pelvic Floor Health

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This informational session will discuss the role of the core/pelvic floor in our bodies, the effect of pregnancy and childbirth on the core/pelvic floor muscles, activity/exercise during pregnancy and/or postpartum, pelvic floor preparation for childbirth, postpartum musculoskeletal recovery after vaginal or cesarean delivery, common potential postpartum issues such as pelvic pain, prolapse and incontinence and role of physical therapy in managing caring for your pelvic health.

The Importance of Play

Parent’s will learn how play and interaction helps children through the different developmental stages. Participants will leave class with activities and tools for playing and interacting with their children from infancy through the toddler years. Baby-Led Weaning/Starting Solids

Take this class when your baby is between 3 and 6 months of age to learn all the cues of readiness for solid foods, what and when to introduce them, how much to give.
