We’re excited to offer virtual options for many of our classes and look forward to having you join us online!

To help ensure a smooth and engaging experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines for attending virtual classes:

New to virtual classes? If you haven’t attended a virtual class with us before, please call our office ahead of time so we can set you up for remote services.

Camera requirement: All participants are required to keep their cameras on during class as part of our program standards.

Screen name: Please make sure your screen name matches the name you registered with.

Remote signature: Don’t forget to use the link provided to sign your remote signature before the end of class.

Following these steps helps us maintain a supportive and interactive learning environment. Please note that not meeting these requirements may result in removal from the class.

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late. 

**(Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.)If class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible.**

This course led by Aidee Rosado, MOT, OTR, PCES of Crescent Pelvic Health and Wellness, aims to prepare birthing parents in their third trimester for birth, common postpartum pelvic floor complications, strategies to increase baby-parent bond, and introduction to the warning signs of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Aidee hopes this course will prepare parents for birth and beyond by providing a safe space to learn about the transition to parenthood. Partners welcomed and encouraged. The class will be offered in hybrid format.

Outline of topics covered      

 •     birthing positions to protect the pelvic floor     

 •     common postpartum pelvic floor complications     

 •     co-regulation and bonding with infant       

 •     managing nervous system overwhelm      

 •     overview of PMADs and introductory coping strategies for

          managing symptoms
