This is an ongoing class that takes place every other Wednesday unless otherwise specified. Please sign up for every session you would like to attend.

This class is designed for pregnant persons to provide them with faced paced, energizing fun. Come dance and move while we also learn how to keep our body healthy while pregnant!

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.

Please bring your own mat if you have one, and a water bottle. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.

This class should be taken after 28 weeks of pregnancy.

The childbirth SERIES and the MARATHON are the same curriculum. Please do not register for both. 

Registrations are limited to the pregnant person and ONE support person. The support person must also register to hold their spot.

This 4 week series will equip birthing persons and support persons with the knowledge and tools necessary for birth, newborn expectations and the postpartum period.

Each week features a different topic. Topics include:

Week 1: Pain and Comfort

Week 2: Labor and Birth

Week 3: Medical Interventions

Week 4: Newborn Hospital Procedures and Postpartum Care

At the end of this four week series participants will be entered into a raffle for a door prize. After each class participants can have a free shopping trip to our Baby Boutique.

Please arrive to class at least 10 minutes before class start time. Doors will be locked and participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late. 

**(Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.) This class is held every other Thursday at the same time. If class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible.**

The class will review toddler development, parenting styles, ways to play, and age appropriate behaviors. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

El educador demostrará 5 tipos de asientos para el automóvil, cómo instalarlos correctamente y técnicas básicas para mantener a todos los pasajeros seguros. Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de practicar con diferentes estilos de asientos para el automóvil. No se instalarán asientos para el automóvil durante esta clase, pero puede programar una cita individual con uno de nuestros técnicos en asientos para el automóvil. Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class is for families who already have a child or children and are looking for creative ways to help them adjust to their new sibling’s arrival. This class will help parents and older siblings as they prepare for the new baby to join their family. Through education and practical application, parents and siblings will learn what to expect when baby arrives and ways that older siblings can feel included as they help with the care of the new baby. This class is to be attended by both parents and siblings.

Participants who attend may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class is for expecting parents and will cover what to expect after the baby has been born. This class will cover common hospital procedures and how to advocate for yourself and your baby, the traits and reflexes that babies are born with, normal newborn behaviors and practical tips for comforting a crying baby. Each participant who attends the class may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

This class is taught by our Child Life Specialist and is designed to be an interactive class that engages parents and infants in play while teaching parents about the different developmental milestones as they move through the available activities.

• Parents will leave with ideas on how to facilitate play at home with their babies.
• This class is designed for infants and babies that are not mobile.

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 30 minutes late.
