San Antonio Birth Doulas

Please arrive to class on time, participants will be denied entry 15 minutes after start time.This class covers what to expect in the postpartum period. This will prepare parents by teaching them what to expect immediately after baby arrives, self care for new moms, as well as how to recognize the signs of postpartum depression.  Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.
