San Antonio Birth Doulas

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be admitted 15 minutes after class starts.This class is for expecting parents and will cover what to expect after the baby has been born. This class will cover common hospital procedures and how to advocate for yourself and your baby, the traits and reflexes that babies are born with, normal newborn behaviors and practical tips for comforting a crying baby. Each participant who attends the class may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.
