• How Breastfeeding Works
• Getting a Good latch
• Positions for Breastfeeding
• When to Feed Baby
• Making Sure Baby is Getting Enough Milk
• Pumping and Storing Milk
• Troubleshooting

Baby and Me Movement is a beautiful blend of movement, infant care/development, postpartum care and parent community building.
