Baby and Me Movement is a beautiful blend of movement, infant care/development, postpartum care and parent community building.
Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late.

This is an informational class designed to educate parents about the benefits of signing with their baby from an early age. Parents will leave with an understanding of the many benefits of signing with their baby and how to use the most common signs as well as how to incorporate the signs into their daily infant care routines.

Virtual Creating Your Birth Plan and Advocating for Yourself

This class empowers expectant parents to design a personalized birth plan and develop the confidence to advocate for their needs during labor and delivery. Participants will learn how to identify their preferences, communicate effectively with healthcare providers, and navigate common challenges in maternity care. Through practical tips and guided exercises, you’ll leave with a clear plan and strategies to ensure your voice is heard throughout your birthing experience.
Virtual Postpartum Planning
This class covers what to expect in the postpartum period:
- What to expect immediately after baby arrives
- Self care for new moms
- How to recognize the signs of postpartum depression.

Virtual-American Heart Association Health Lessons
Please arrive to class on time, access will be denied 15 minutes after class begins. These classes are part of the EmPOWERED series of classes offered in partnership with the American Heart Association. Each class focuses on a different health topic to assist participants in making healthy lifestyle choices. Participants may be entered into a raffle for a door prize after attending five classes.
Virtual Newborn Care Part 1-Newborn Expectations
This class is for expecting parents and will cover:
- what to expect after the baby has been born.
- common hospital procedures and how to advocate for yourself and your baby
- the traits and reflexes that babies are born with
- normal newborn behaviors and practical tips for comforting a crying baby.
