Donde los guiaremos desde la inscripción aclarando todas sus dudas y también lo conectaremos con un infinito de recursos comunitarios para el apoyo de su familia y al termino de este ustedes tendrán un mayor conocimiento que los ayudara a tomar mejores decisiones durante su embarazo y la crianza de sus hijos.

Maternidad empoderada es una serie de cuatro semanas diseñada para ayudar a las mujeres embarazadas a superar los desafíos que pueden enfrentar durante el período posparto temprano. Si bien esta clase no es un tratamiento para la depresión posparto, su objetivo es brindarles a los participantes una comprensión de las emociones normales que se experimentan durante el período posparto, a menudo denominadas "tristeza posparto", y cómo reconocer cuándo estos sentimientos pueden indicar algo más. graves, como la depresión posparto. Empowered Motherhood: Strategies for Emotional Wellness in Postpartum
Empowered Motherhood is a four-week series designed to help expecting mothers navigate the challenges they may face during the early postpartum period.
While this class is not a treatment for Postpartum Depression, it aims to provide participants with an understanding of the normal emotions experienced during the postpartum period, often referred to as the "Baby Blues," and how to recognize when these feelings might indicate something more serious, such as Postpartum Depression. Participants will also gain tools to manage stress during pregnancy and the postpartum period, set boundaries with loved ones, ask for help, communicate their needs, and identify resources for additional support when needed.
Please ensure you arrive on time, as participants arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be admitted.
**This class is exclusively for expectant mothers. To foster a space for open sharing and vulnerability, partners are not permitted to attend. If the class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified promptly.**
Baby-Led Weaning/Starting Solids
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.How do you know if your baby is ready for something besides breast milk or formula? Take this class when your baby is between 3 and 6 months of age to learn all the cues of readiness for solid foods, what and when to introduce them, how much to give. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.
Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.
Postpartum Planning
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.This class covers what to expect in the postpartum period. This will prepare parents by teaching them what to expect immediately after baby arrives, self care for new moms, as well as how to recognize the signs of postpartum depression. Each participant who attends this class will have the opportunity to create a postpartum essentials bag and may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.

Welcome Workshop (Hybrid)
with SABD Doulas
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.The Welcome Workshop is a class for all program participants who have already completed their in person intake. Please call and schedule your intake prior to taking this class. This is a hybrid class and can be taken in person or virtually. If this class is attended in person you will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card, you can shop the boutique, and you will receive a door prize. During this workshop we will introduce you to our diverse program services, guide you through the sign-up process, and clarify expectations for your participation. We will also connect you with invaluable community resources to support your family's well-being. You and your family will leave this session understanding the tools we offer to help meet your goals and feel educated and empowered during pregnancy and/or parenting!
Baby and Me Movement

Baby and Me Movement is a beautiful blend of movement, infant care/development, postpartum care and parent community building.
- This class is for parents and their non-mobile infants.
- Come enjoy songs, baby massage, infant care education, group discussion, and baby friendly stretching poses.
- Build community and connect with other parents.
Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 30 minutes late.
**(Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.) This class is held every other Wednesday at the same time. If class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible.**

Prenatal Power: Energize Your Pregnancy!

This is an ongoing class that takes place every other Wednesday unless otherwise specified. Please sign up for every session you would like to attend.
This class is designed for pregnant persons to provide them with faced paced, energizing fun. Come dance and move while we also learn how to keep our body healthy while pregnant!
