¡Únete a esta reunión semanal! Deje que su hijo juegue y socialice mientras usted habla con otros padres, aprenda formas divertidas de interactuar con su hijo y obtenga excelentes conexiones. El plan de estudios de esta clase está dirigido a niños menores de 3 años, pero los hermanos también pueden asistir. ¡Esta clase se llevará a cabo SEMANALMENTE el jueves a las 11 p. m.!

Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.Our infant massage instructor will discuss the benefits of infant massage for both infants and parents. The instructor will also instruct participants as they engage their babies in a gentle massage. This includes learning the various massage strokes and how to recognize their  baby’s cues, as well as massage techniques for gassiness and colic.  You are encouraged to take this class with your newborn to 6 months old, non mobile baby. You may bring an extra receiving blanket and a yoga mat or heavy quilt  to put the baby on during the massage, or utilize one of the yoga mats we have available. Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register. Each participant who attends may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.

This class will teach participants about the use of cloth diapers as an alternative to disposable diapers. Participants will learn the different types of cloth diapers, what accessories are available, the benefits and cost of using cloth diapers, as well as tips on cleaning them.

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 30 minutes late.

We look at 5 types of car seats, how to properly install, and basic techniques to keep every passenger safe. Car seats will not be installed during this class, however, there will be an opportunity to practice installing your car seat after class or you may schedule an individual appointment with one of our car seat technicians for assistance.  Each participant may be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

This is an ongoing class that takes place every other Wednesday unless otherwise specified. Please sign up for every session you would like to attend.

This class is designed for pregnant persons to provide them with faced paced, energizing fun. Come dance and move while we also learn how to keep our body healthy while pregnant!

Come enjoy age appropriate stories for children 3 years and under. Bonding and literacy encouraged through interactive songs and stories!

Story Time runs EVERY WEEK! Thursdays at 10am.

This class is for anyone who is pregnant or a parent of a child under 3 and would like to start services with San Antonio Birth Doulas. Once you attend this class you will able to take advantage of all of the services that San Antonio Birth Doulas has to offer. Those who attend this class will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card. Food vouchers will also be available and participants can shop in our baby boutique for free. Lunch will be provided for those who RSVP at least 24 hours prior to the class date. Please also register your support person if they will be attending.  This class is for new participants only.
