Por favor, llegue a clase puntualmente. No se permitirá la entrada a los participantes que lleguen con más de 15 minutos de retraso.

Prenatal Power: Energize Your Pregnancy!

This is an ongoing class that takes place every other Wednesday unless otherwise specified. Please sign up for every session you would like to attend.
This class is designed for pregnant persons to provide them with faced paced, energizing fun. Come dance and move while we also learn how to keep our body healthy while pregnant!
Please arrive to class on time, doors will close 15 minutes after start time.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, and a water bottle. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.

Healthy Pregnancy Series: Lifestyle

This class is designed to be informative, practical, and fun, giving you useful tools you can put into practice right away. Whether you’re early in pregnancy or simply looking to create healthier routines for your growing family, you’ll leave feeling more prepared and supported.
In the Lifestyle class, we’ll explore how simple choices can make a big difference in your comfort and peace of mind during pregnancy and beyond. Together we’ll dive into:
• Better Sleep for Pregnancy – Learn why quality rest is so important and discover practical tweaks to improve your sleep. We’ll also practice using pillows to find supportive, comfortable positions that help you wake up more refreshed.
• Preparing for Baby’s Arrival – From planning ahead to organizing the essentials, we’ll talk about what you can start doing now so you feel calm, confident, and ready—without the last-minute scramble.
• Creating a Safe, Healthy Home – We’ll explore common chemical exposures in conventional cleaning products and simple ways to reduce them. You’ll even get hands-on by making your own natural all-purpose cleaner to take home!

New to virtual classes? If you haven’t attended a virtual class with us before, please call our office ahead of time so we can set you up for remote services.
Camera requirement: All participants are required to keep their cameras on during class as part of our program standards.
Screen name: Please make sure your screen name matches the name you registered with.
Remote signature: Don’t forget to use the link provided to sign your remote signature before the end of class.
Following these steps helps us maintain a supportive and interactive learning environment. Please note that not meeting these requirements may result in removal from the class.

Por favor llegue a clase a tiempo, las puertas se cerrarán 15 minutos después de la hora de inicio. Este taller de Bienvenida es obligatorio para todos los participantes de este programa. Donde los guiaremos desde la inscripción aclarando todas sus dudas y también lo conectaremos con un infinito de recursos comunitarios para el apoyo de su familia y al termino de este ustedes tendrán un mayor conocimiento que los ayudara a tomar mejores decisiones durante su embarazo y la crianza de sus hijos.
Virtual Taller de Bienvenida(Welcome Workshop in Spanish)

El Taller de Bienvenida es una clase para todas las participantes del programa que ya hayan completado su entrevista inicial en persona. Por favor, llame y programe su entrevista antes de tomar esta clase.
Durante este taller, le presentaremos nuestros diversos servicios del programa, le guiaremos en el proceso de inscripción y aclararemos las expectativas para su participación. También le conectaremos con valiosos recursos comunitarios para apoyar el bienestar de su familia. Usted y su familia saldrán de esta sesión con una comprensión clara de las herramientas que ofrecemos para ayudarle a alcanzar sus metas y sentirse informada y empoderada durante el embarazo y/o la crianza.
Nos emociona ofrecer opciones virtuales para muchas de nuestras clases y esperamos contar con su participación en línea.
Para garantizar una experiencia fluida y enriquecedora, le pedimos que revise las siguientes pautas para asistir a clases virtuales:
- ¿Es nueva en las clases virtuales? Si nunca ha asistido a una clase virtual con nosotros, por favor llame a nuestra oficina con anticipación para que podamos ayudarle a configurar los servicios remotos.
