San Antonio Birth Doulas

This class will cover the basics of breastfeeding. Topics will include:

• the benefits of breastfeeding
• how breastfeeding works
• getting a good latch
• positions for breastfeeding
• when to feed baby
• making sure baby is getting enough milk
• pumping and storing milk
• troubleshooting

Please arrive to class on time. Participants will not be allowed into class if more than 15 minutes late. **(Seats for this class are individual. If both partners are attending they will both need to register.)

If class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

***Please bring your own water bottle for use with our water dispensers. Snacks will be provided when they are available. Please feel free to bring your own food to class.*
